My thoughts and heart go out to those affected by the most tragic shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT. I don't even have the words to articulate what's transpired and the feelings of grief caused, so I wont even try. This day is Memorial Day here in my country, the United States. A day when we reflect upon, memorialize, and appreciate those, and their families, serving in the armed forces.  I include families because having military history in my own family I'm well aware it's a shared sacrifice, we all serve.  Whether it be as a member of those armed forces or as a member of a family staying behind, holding down the fort, hoping your loved ones come back home. I don't have any great storied moments of valor or honor to share, as I don't believe there's anything worth celebrating about war itself.  I do however believe in celebrating those who make the

Thanks kindly for the :+devwatch: and attention to my gallery! The supports appreciated greatly. Please enjoy a llama!
You're most welcome. Your scale work is exquisite, most particularly the rainbow themed one. You've inspired me to dig out my supplies and set to work on creating something of my own.

I bought a supply of polished aluminum scales some time ago but never really got around to doing anything with them. Seeing your rainbow gauntlet has given me the idea of creating a scale LGBT pride flag to decorate my bedroom with. Now I just need to order the anodized scales for it.

Thank you for the llama, he'll be well taken care of!

Cheers!
I'm so happy you responded with your project idea. That was my aim with the rainbow one. I don't put too much pride comments up because it is still a hot topic for clients but I really am happy that you were inspired for your flag. The scales I get are from theringlord.com because they offer bulk discounts (if you don't already use then) and I'm so happy you busted out your scales! It does take that one project to get you sparked. That's how I was when I saw them. Please make sure to post the deviations I'd love to see it on here :)
Thanx for Visiting
